I have a sucky love life.....what should i do?

OK so ive never had a date, had a boyfriend, or kissed someone. I feel like such a freak and a loser because it seems like everyone around has a boyfriend or been on a date etc. I'm young i kno i shouldnt be worried about having a relationship quite yet but i really want one. I want someone to be able to say that they love me (besides family) and I want to belong to, but no one likes me or has ever asked me out. Any advice? btw I was so sad once that i cried myself to sleep. I would really appreciate it if you wouldn't give that "your too young to be having a relationship" stuff or "you should worry about your studies" stuff.
