So I tried this celebrity diet drink.....?

and your not suppose to eat for 2 days, just drink the drink with water. Well of course through out the day I couldn't take it anymore. I munched through out the day on 10 baby carrots, 10 broiled shrimp, and 5 crackers. Was this an ok route to losing weight as well? Or did I eat too many shrimp? I''m not obese or anything, but I'm not at my weight limit I should be at. I need to lose 15 pounds.
