I have been diagnosed with multiple personalities, can someone help me please?

I have DID, dissociative identity disorder, also formerly known as MPD, multiple personality disorder. Besides my therapist, I have no one to talk to and the child parts of me are lonely. I have a therapist but I do not see him all of the time. I feel like in order to heal from the past, my little child parts must make some friends, because all they know is how horrible people can be.
