Help finding a movie title?

i can rember a few scenes off this movie its british, most probably early 90's, i think the movies called king girl or something, she is quite butch and she bullies this other girl who father has died she goes through her dads stuff and put on his suit and walked down the street with it on, another part of the movie i can rember was that the main girls mother is an alcoholic and she takes an overdose taking pills whilst necking a can of larger singing hush little baby dont say a word, the main girl has a younger sister they go and try and find their father, hes in the pub and gives them 3 quid or something to get some food, the movie has alot of in it, bad language any help?
