Someone wrecked into my car and I dont know what to do?

It all depends if he was "on the clock." If he wasn't then it is his responsibility. It would be a small claims issue. If he was on the clock then his employer is liable. You could just ask him to pay for it. Maybe he will, maybe he won't. If he was on the clock your parents have the option of terminating his employment due to carelessness.
