Consumer Rights Problem (UK)?

They are totally correct. It is unreasonable to expect a return in 9 days. The package must go to their warehouse, they must open it, examine it, determine if your complaint is valid, THEN select and mail out new product. I would be very surprised to see a return in less than 2 weeks MINIMUM. It could easily take 3 weeks.
