What should I do my mom wants to kick me out and im14?

ok im 14 and i went to the counselor a couple days ago my mom and dad are divorced and my mom always says mean stuff about my dad like swearing and calling him really dirty names and she says it to me i get really mad at her because it hurts my feelings and well me nd her arent close or anything i can barely talk to her without her going off on my and acting like she knows everything including how i feel... well when i was in counselors office she wrote a sticky note to me with all my prblems and well my mom found it in my room and she read it and wel she brought it up and she just went off on me again and she called my dad a fuc*in basta*d and she called herself a good civil person (im like wtf) and well anyways she told me she was going to court and giving up her rights and she told me to move in with my dad (i sort of been wanting to move in with my dad but i dont want to leave my brother (13 yo) behind i relly love him and well yea my life will be alot less stressful over their simply becase thats where i grew up (only 3 miles away from current house same school but different bus and i knew everyone on that bus) and well i really think it would help if i lived with my dad...but i dont want to hurt my moms feelings in the process (when i hurt anyones feelings i automatically feel stupid wothless and i feel like a mean bit*h or something i have really low confience self esteem and im always depressed and stuff) plus if i live wih my dad it wil only be me and my dad in tehhouse so i will have alot more space. please give me your opinion i have no idea what to do
