What might it be?

For the past mth I have been ill with everything from high fever, headach, swelling in my limbs, dizzyness, sever pain, can't even stand to wear cloths,blood in urine, high proteen in urine... I have been seeing my Dr. and she can't figure it out she sent me for a IVP and blood work they found nothing. Last week my Dr. sent me to the hospital to see if they could figure out what was going on. I spent 4 days there, had a spinal tap done and all they came up with is I might have some kind of kidney problem. I do have an appointment with a kindey speciallist in the am but that only answers the urine issues what else could be causing the other symtoms, what kind of Dr. do I need to find, oh also I have on ins so how can I get help with the bills?
