What plan or strategic my son can do?

he is a senior, he apply for UH (texas) University,he was dennie the reason for them it was because my son SAT escort is only 1100,they tell him to reapply next year but he has to have 15 escort credit college for be accepted next time,What plan or strategic my son can do for got those credit and what basic cles can take at HCC(houston community college) for those credit.And how long that will take to got 15 credit? to be accept to UH,,,,,,,,,,,,,Sorry for my sppelling i very desperate about my son situation i always motiveted my son about how important is the school.thanks for your help
