If you learned that meat was bad for you would you feel more strongly about the killing animals?

If you were to find out that meat was bad for you would you feel more morally opposed to killing animals for food? For example, if you learned that it's abundance of the sulfur amino acids was so high that it created a condition that sucked calcium from your bones might you feel worse about the slaughter houses that kill cows and chickens or the baby cows that are held in boxes so that they meat can stay soft? I can fully understand the stance that killing animals is natural and provides food but what if that meat was actually bad for you and the cooperation's selling you the meat new this. What if they loved making money off you well they poison you? Could you imagine that?
