Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

i am 14, 5 foot and i weigh 114 pounds. I have a lot of fat around my stomach and on my thighs. i am trying to lose weight and inches. I am having trouble because i have soccer every day after school plus like 4 hours of homework so it really doesn't leave me much time to workout. Are there any workouts that you know of that really work but don't take to long. Also i am having trouble dieting because i have to eat something before soccer because i have lunch at 10:45 so after school i am starving but i never can think of something that will fill me up that is healthy. When i get home from soccer i am starving too so i just eat but i can't find anything that will fill me up. I tink my main problem is that nothing fills me up so i just keep eating. Please help
