Too sensitive?

During oral stimulation (with vibrator), after a while, and after feelings of something building up, touching the area seems to become unbearable and way too sensitive so I just give up before feeling any sense of satisfaction at all. Its not really a pain, just the area feels incredibly over sensitive and I flinch when touched. So it feels like I can't go any further. what to do?
