My skin itchy & red , could this be hiv?

skin itchs so bad you wanna scratch it off, if I don't scratch it won't turn red but it just has the itchy feeling, it's all over the body feet,legs,face,chest,back,every wheres. This has been going on for 2 months, could this be hiv?
