Wife not feeling well!!!! What is wrong????

We were going to dinner with my family last night and on our way there she started telling me that her stomach was a little upset so I pulled over at a gas station to get her a Ginger ale to sip until we got to the restaurant. So we got to the restaurant and her stomach was still a little upset so she held off on ordering any food. I told get if she got hungry she could have some of mine. The waiter brought the food out and my wife said " Shawn I really don't feel well can we please leave" so as we were leaving she ran off to the bathroom and I told my sister to go check on her for me my sister came back and told me that my wife was throwing up. Today my wife hasn't been feeling well and she's been crying. What is going on?????
