I was dragged outside by a bouncer he and his friends held me up against a wall i required stitches?

i also required a full ct scan. i also have witnesses that saw me get knocked unconscious and stumble to the ground with my eyes closed. i was not arrested or charged for anything. i have trouble breathing now. he threw me outside face down then the bouncer and his friends put me up against a brick wall and hit me for about 5 minutes. i blacked out i also received multiple bruises to the face as well as a one inch gash under my eye which left my eye blood shot swollen black and unable to see. the reporting officer interviewed the bouncer and his friends but did not interview my witnesses. do i have a right in the state of colorado to file a "counter report" or "counterclaim" i have lost my job over the incident as well. my witnesses say that i was knocked out and they kept hitting me even after the bartender was notified of what the bouncer and his friends were doing. i mainly want to file a civil suit since i had to go to the hospital twice. the policeman said i talked to him but i have no recollection of ever speaking to any police nor paramedics. i was knocked unconscious they said i didn't even know where i was or my name i thought it was 2005 i thought bush was president. the people that were on top of me were intoxicated as well. if not more so they did not have a single scratch on them. i however had to go to the hospital. the limits of a bouncer do not extend outside the bar doors.
